We ship our packages quickly and securely with our shipping partner DHL.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.

Prices

Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Shipping costs

For orders under €39, shipping costs of €6.95 will apply; for orders over €39, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

Package damaged or faulty

If you find that there is anything wrong with your delivery, please let us know immediately so that we can react as quickly as possible. We will certainly find a suitable solution in consultation with you.

Damage in transit must be reported to the parcel service immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Returns without prior agreement are not permitted and will not be accepted.

Payment options

You can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal or prepayment.

Shipping will take place after payment has been received.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

Refunds will only be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
