How can I pay in the shop?

We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer and invoice purchase (depending on availability).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days within Germany. International orders may take a little longer.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.95. Shipping is free for orders over €29.

Can I have my order shipped to a gift address?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address and optionally add a personal greeting card.

Are the chocolates handmade?

Yes, our chocolates are handmade with great attention to detail.

Do the products contain allergens?

Yes, some chocolates may contain traces of nuts, milk or gluten. You can find more detailed information in the product descriptions.

Where do your tea varieties come from?

Our teas come from carefully selected growing regions worldwide, with a focus on the highest quality and sustainable cultivation.

How long are the chocolates and teas shelf-stable?

Pralines should ideally be consumed within 4–6 weeks. Tea, when stored dry and protected from light, is shelf-stable for up to 24 months.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, many of our products can be gift-wrapped. A handwritten greeting card can be included upon request.

Are there personalized chocolates or tea blends available?

We offer seasonal and personalized packaging, as well as custom sets, upon request.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately, ideally with a photo. We will take care of replacement or reimbursement as soon as possible.
